3. How Lead Information Is Shared

A. For Contractors

If you join RenoAdvisor as a contractor, homeowner lead information is shared with you according to your plan:

Exclusive plans: 1 contractor only
Semi-exclusive plans: maximum of 2 contractors

B. For Homeowners

Homeowners who submit service requests agree that their details may be shared with the assigned contractor(s) for the purpose of providing quotes or service information.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

Billing data may be stored in:

Stripe
(limited/tokenized format)

5. Communication & Notifications

By submitting a form, creating an account, or interacting with our ads, you consent to:

Email notifications
SMS notifications
Phone calls
CRM communication

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”
