RenoAdvisor Terms & Conditions

Updated: November 26th, 2025

  • 1. Transparency & Billing

    • 50% of all plan payments are allocated directly toward paid advertising campaigns managed by RenoAdvisor.

    • The remaining 50% covers CRM hosting, automation, optimization, and service management.

    • Your billing cycle begins 7 days after your onboarding process starts to allow proper setup of your campaigns and systems.

    • Your next billing date occurs 30 days after your first charge plus the 7-day onboarding period.

    • If onboarding is delayed due to missing information or client inaction, billing will proceed once onboarding is complete.

    • Billing is processed through secure third-party providers. RenoAdvisor does not store payment information.

  • 2. Lead Definition

    • A lead is defined as a unique contact who submits their information or calls through RenoAdvisor-managed campaigns.

    • Duplicate, spam, or invalid entries will be reviewed and replaced at no cost.

    • A verified high-quality lead includes/means a valid name, phone number, and service request within your approved trade and service area.

    • We guarantee valid contact information only. We do not guarantee lead intent, project qualification, responsiveness, or conversion outcomes. Advertising performance is dependent on consumer behavior and is not within our control.

  • 3. Exclusivity

    • Each service area and category is limited to a maximum of two contractors for semi-exclusive plans and one contractor for exclusive plans.

    • Territories are locked on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • RenoAdvisor maintains the right to reopen an area only if a contractor cancels or becomes inactive.

  • 4. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.

    • All active leads, data, and ad metrics remain accessible in your dashboard until cancellation is complete.

    • Cancellations made before the 30-day notice period may result in one final billing cycle to cover remaining ad spend and administration.

  • 5. Fair-Lead Assurance

    • If no verified leads are generated in your first 30 days, RenoAdvisor will pause billing automatically until at least one verified lead is delivered.

    • A “verified lead” includes a valid name, phone number, and service inquiry within your selected trade and service area.

    • This ensures every contractor receives a fair opportunity and full transparency.

  • 6. Refunds

    • No refunds are issued for ad spend or leads already delivered.

    • If zero verified leads are produced within the first 30 days, the client may request a billing pause.

  • 7. Lead Ownership

    • All leads generated under your active account remain your property as long as your membership remains active.

    • RenoAdvisor provides full transparency — no public business listings or shared profiles.

    • Once your account is canceled and fully inactive, lead access and data storage are not guaranteed.

    • Lead data remains accessible while your account is active. After account termination, lead access becomes read-only and you must export or download your data within 30 days. We retain anonymized records as required for compliance

  • 8. Platform Access Fee

    • An active platform fee of $97/month is required to maintain access to your CRM dashboard, leads, automations, and campaign data.

    • This fee ensures ongoing platform hosting, system updates, and support.

    • Failure to maintain the platform fee will result in suspension of access and forfeiture of any price lock or exclusive territory.

  • 9. Price Lock Guarantee

    • The lifetime price lock applies only to the first 100 contractors who join RenoAdvisor as early members.

    • These contractors will retain their locked pricing for as long as their accounts remain active and in good standing.

    • RenoAdvisor reserves the right to adjust pricing, plans, or fees for new members once the first 100 active contractor slots are filled.

    • Inactive, paused, or canceled accounts forfeit any lifetime price guarantee and may rejoin only at the current public rates.

  • 10. Compliance

    • Contractors agree to follow RenoAdvisor’s communication and data policies.

    • Lead data must only be used for legitimate business purposes and may not be shared, sold, or misused in any form.

    • RenoAdvisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, unethical conduct, or policy violations.

  • 11. Amendments to Terms

    • RenoAdvisor may modify or update these Terms at any time.

    • Updates take effect immediately upon posting.

    • Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • 12. Third-Party Services

    • RenoAdvisor may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, or others) to deliver advertising services.

    • RenoAdvisor is not responsible for the performance, policies, or technical availability of any third-party site or tool.

    • Your use of third-party platforms is at your own discretion and risk.

  • 13. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • RenoAdvisor provides services “as-is” and “as available.”

    • While we make every effort to generate quality leads, no specific number of leads or results are guaranteed.

    • RenoAdvisor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

  • 14. Limitation of Liability

    • In no event shall RenoAdvisor, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our services.

    • RenoAdvisor’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the contractor in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • 15. Indemnification

    • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RenoAdvisor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or misuse of lead data.

  • 16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Ontario, Canada], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

    • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Toronto, Ontario/Canada].

    • You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial related to these Terms.

  • 17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the contractor and RenoAdvisor and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

  • 18. Acknowledgment

By joining RenoAdvisor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that RenoAdvisor operates as a fair, transparent platform designed to support long-term contractor success through verified, semi- exclusive or , exclusive leads.

  • These numbers assume proper service area, demand, and verified business info (website, reviews, portfolio). Newer or unlisted trades may take longer to optimize.

  • 19. What We Expect From You

    • At RenoAdvisor fairness works both ways.
We’re committed to being transparent and accountable, and we ask the same from you.

We expect you to be fair to your customers, to yourself, and to us.

We understand that no one can read minds or control people’s intentions.
Homeowners can change their plans, just like you can decide not to take a job. That’s life, and business.

What you’ll get from us is always unique to your business.
Every company reflects its owner’s personality, values, reliability, and professionalism. The ads, systems, and leads we build are shaped around you.

      The reality is:
If there’s zero demand in your trade or area during a given period, no platform or business can guarantee sales, closed deals, or revenue, and anyone who claims they can isn’t being honest.

      What we can guarantee is:

      • Our commitment to your success

      • Our expertise built from years of small-business and billion-dollar marketing experience

      • Our full transparency, every verified email, phone number, or contact that comes through is verified.

We know homeowners are as busy as you are. They can change their mind, delay a project, or choose someone else, just like you might decline a lead that’s not a fit. That’s not failure; that’s reality.

We built RenoAdvisor because we’ve seen what doesn’t work — from other platforms to generic lead pools that leave both sides frustrated.
So we created a system that’s fair, honest, and human.

If that kind of transparency and shared responsibility doesn’t sound fair to you, we may not be the right fit, and that’s okay.
We sincerely wish you success with another platform that better suits your expectations. Thank you for being part of a community built on trust, integrity, and results.

      — The RenoAdvisor Team

Refund Policy (RenoAdvisor)

At RenoAdvisor, our goal is to provide contractors with fair, transparent, and high-quality lead delivery services. Because our service includes immediate setup, campaign creation, CRM provisioning, and dedicated ad management, our refund policy is structured to protect both you and the integrity of our platform.

1. Setup Fees

  • All setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

  • Setup includes campaign configuration, CRM build-out, automation installation, and service-area verification.

2. Subscription & Plan Fees

  • Monthly fees cover CRM access, platform hosting, automation, optimization, account support, and lead management.

  • These fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

3. Pay-Per-Lead Fees (Performance Plan)

  • Lead charges are applied only to verified leads.

  • There are no refunds for verified leads already delivered.

  • Spam, or invalid entries will be reviewed and — for eligible Pay-Per-Lead accounts only — may be replaced according to our Invalid-Lead Policy.

4. Fair-Lead Guarantee

If you do not receive at least one (1) number of guaranteed verified leads (depending on your plan), RenoAdvisor will:

  • Pause billing

Contractor must report a lack of verified leads within 30 days in writing. RenoAdvisor will investigate and either deliver a replacement lead or pause billing until next verified lead is generated.

Scale Access (Pay-Per-Lead) Requirements

1. Upfront Lead Commitment

The Scale Access (Pay-Per-Lead) package requires a minimum purchase commitment of 10 verified leads upfront.

  • These leads are delivered as they come in, based on live demand.

  • Delivery speed may vary by trade, seasonality, and service area.

  • No specific delivery timeline is guaranteed — leads depend on real homeowner behaviour.

  • Scale Access (Pay-Per-Lead) clients agree to a minimum upfront purchase of 10 verified leads. Lead generation begins upon receipt of payment, and leads will be delivered individually as they come in. No delivery volume or timeline is guaranteed.

This upfront commitment ensures that we can allocate budget, reserve your trade and territory, and run a dedicated campaign specifically for your business.

2. Billing Structure for the 10-Lead Minimum

  • The first 10 leads are billed upfront (or via deposit + balance).

  • After the first 10 leads have been delivered, billing switches to per-lead based on ongoing delivery.

  • If you pause or cancel before receiving the first 10 leads, the remaining leads will still be delivered until the upfront commitment is fulfilled.

3. No Replacement for Starter/Pro Packages

Only Scale Access qualifies for conditional review.
Starter and Pro plans are not eligible for invalid lead replacement of any kind.

4. Conditional Replacement (Scale Access Only)

A lead may be reviewed and replaced only if it meets qualifying invalid criteria, such as:

  • Unreachable (invalid number/email)

  • Duplicate within your RenoAdvisor account

  • Completely irrelevant service category

All other homeowner behaviour does not qualify (e.g., no answer, changed mind, price mismatch, not interested, delayed project, etc.)

5. Lead Delivery Statement (Required)

Leads in the Scale Access package are delivered:

  • Individually, in real time, as homeowners submit them

  • Based on your selected trade, sub-services, and service area

  • According to real market demand

We cannot control:

  • How many homeowners search in a given week

  • Their budget, urgency, or intent

  • Their responsiveness

But we can guarantee verified leads — not bots, not recycled databases, not shared pools.

6. Cancellation Conditions

You may request cancellation at any time, but:

  • You must complete the 10-lead minimum commitment.

  • After your initial 10 leads are delivered, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice.

All delivered leads remain billable and non-refundable.

7. Why the 10-Lead Upfront Rule Exists

This policy exists to maintain fairness in our ecosystem and ensures:

  • We only work with serious contractors

  • We can allocate real ad budget exclusively to your campaign

  • We prevent territory conflicts

  • We maintain quality control for verified-only lead delivery

  • We support long-term campaign optimization rather than “one-off” lead requests

RenoAdvisor is fair, honest, and built for sustainable contractor growth — not quick transactions.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email [email protected] within 7 days and we will investigate immediately.

RenoAdvisor’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by Contractor in the last 30 days, and RenoAdvisor shall never be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

To assert any claim, Contractor must notify RenoAdvisor in writing within 15 days of the event giving rise to the claim. RenoAdvisor’s total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Contractor in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. Under no circumstances shall RenoAdvisor be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or consequential damages.

Lead Fairness Policy (RenoAdvisor)

Last Updated:

RenoAdvisor was built to be fair, honest, and human — with a strict policy ensuring contractors receive real, verified, and transparent leads.

1. Lead Definition

A “lead” is defined as:

  • A real person submitting a request for service

  • Via form, phone call, landing page, chat, or ad campaign

  • With verified contact information (valid email or phone number)

2. Exclusivity Rules

  • Exclusive plans: leads are delivered to 1 contractor only.

  • Semi-exclusive plans: shared with a maximum of 2 contractors.

  • We never use shared pools, recycled databases, or bot-generated leads.

3. Verification Process

Before a lead is delivered, we verify:

  • Valid email or phone

  • Real human interaction

  • Authentic project intent (when possible)

  • No duplicates within the contractor’s account

Invalid leads are replaced at no cost.

4. Market Demand Disclaimer

Lead volume is influenced by:

  • Trade type

  • Service area

  • Seasonality

  • Competition

  • Customer demand

No platform can guarantee closed jobs, revenue, or customer decisions.

But we do guarantee transparency, real data, and real humans behind the system.

5. Fairness to All Parties

Contractors agree to:

  • Respond to leads in a timely manner

  • Provide honest service

  • Respect homeowner privacy

  • Notify RenoAdvisor of any issues or invalid leads

Mutual fairness keeps our system clean and trusted.

DISCLAIMER (Marketing + Ads Disclaimer)

Last Updated: {{November 26th, 2025}}

RenoAdvisor (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides marketing, lead generation, CRM access, automation tools, and advertising services for contractors. This Disclaimer outlines important limitations and expectations regarding results, lead volume, performance, and business outcomes.

1. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies and industry expertise, RenoAdvisor does not guarantee:

  • Specific lead volume

  • Closed jobs

  • Revenue

  • Profit outcomes

  • Customer behavior or decisions

Results vary based on:

  • Service area demand

  • Competition

  • Seasonality

  • Contractor responsiveness

  • Business reputation, pricing, and availability

We provide the system — your results depend on your business.

2. Advertising Disclaimer

All advertising performance depends on live-market conditions and third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
We do not control:

  • Platform policies

  • Algorithmic changes

  • Cost per click or impression

  • Customer search behavior

  • Form submission rates

Lead flow is based on what is possible within your chosen budget, trade, and area.

3. Leads Are Not Customers

A “lead” is an opportunity, not a guaranteed job.
Homeowners may:

  • Change their mind

  • Ghost

  • Delay the project

  • Choose another contractor

  • Provide incomplete information

This behavior is normal and expected in the home service industry.

4. No Legal or Financial Advice

RenoAdvisor provides marketing and operational insights only. Nothing in our platform or communication should be interpreted as:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

  • Professional consulting outside the scope of marketing and lead generation

Consult licensed professionals for legal or financial questions.

5. Platform Availability

While we aim for uninterrupted service, RenoAdvisor is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages

  • CRM downtime

  • Hosting interruptions

  • API issues

  • Integration failures

We ensure all systems are monitored and maintained proactively.

6. Agreement

By using the RenoAdvisor platform or submitting your information, you acknowledge and accept the terms in this Disclaimer.

All sub-processors maintain their own compliance standards.

5. Security Measures

  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS)

9. Agreement

Use of the RenoAdvisor platform constitutes acceptance of this DPA.

🔵 3. “WE ARE FAIR BY DESIGN” — Policy

Fair. Honest. Human.
This is the foundation RenoAdvisor was built on.

Our entire system exists because we saw exactly what didn’t work in the industry — shared leads, recycled databases, mystery charges, and zero transparency. Contractors deserve better.

Below is our official Fair-By-Design Policy.

1. Fairness to Contractors

We promise:

  • No shared pools

  • No recycled leads

  • No fake bots

  • No hidden fees

  • No competing against 20+ contractors

Exclusive and semi-exclusive leads only — verified and traceable.

We cap our platform at 1,000 lifetime contractors and only open slots when one becomes truly available.

2. Fairness to Homeowners

Homeowners deserve accurate, honest service.
We ensure that:

  • Only verified contractors receive their information

  • No spam

  • No reselling

  • No irrelevant matches

  • Their data is handled securely and ethically

3. Fairness in Pricing

  • Clear pricing

  • No surprise fees

  • Fully transparent spending

  • Lifetime locked pricing for the first 100 contractors

  • Cancel anytime

50% of your package is allocated toward real advertising in your area.
The remaining 50% covers CRM access, automation, support, optimization, and backend operations.

You always see where your money goes.

4. Fairness in Lead Delivery

Every lead must pass our checks:

  • Valid email or phone

  • One per household (no duplicates)

  • Human activity, not bots

  • Real project intent when identifiable

Invalid leads are replaced free.

5. Fairness in Expectations

We will never overpromise or sell hype.
Lead volume depends on live market conditions, and no platform can guarantee closed jobs.

What we can guarantee is:

  • Real humans

  • Real data

  • Real transparency

  • Real accountability

  • Fairness in every interaction

If you value fairness as much as we do, you’re in the right place.
If not, we’re likely not a good fit — and that’s okay.
