RenoAdvisor Contractor Service Agreement
This Contractor Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between RenoAdvisor (“Provider,” “We,” “Us”) and the contracting business (“Contractor,” “You”).
By signing this Agreement or activating your RenoAdvisor account, you agree to all terms outlined below.
1. Purpose of Agreement
RenoAdvisor provides verified homeowner leads, CRM access, and marketing services.
This Agreement outlines the scope of service, limitations, expectations, and responsibilities of both parties.
2. Lead Delivery Guarantee
RenoAdvisor guarantees only the following:
2.1 Lead Exclusivity
Depending on your selected plan:
Exclusive Leads: Provided only to you.
Semi-Exclusive Leads: Provided to no more than two contractors.
2.2 Verified Contact Information
Each lead will include:
Valid phone number or
Valid email address
We verify lead entries through automated and/or manual processes.
2.3 No Shared Pools
Leads are never distributed to more than two contractors, sold in bulk, or recycled from previous campaigns.
These are the ONLY guarantees RenoAdvisor provides.
3. What Is NOT Guaranteed
RenoAdvisor does NOT and cannot guarantee:
Job bookings
Closed deals
Revenue
Homeowner interest or responsiveness
Homeowner honesty, prices, or decision-making
Homeowner budget or readiness
Specific lead volume (unless stated in your plan)
Any number of leads within a specific timeline
Project size, scope, or urgency
Homeowner behavior is outside the control of RenoAdvisor and the Contractor.
4. Definitions
4.1 “Lead”
A “Lead” is defined as a homeowner who:
Actively submits their information by form, call, or message, and
Requests service related to your chosen category.
4.2 Invalid Lead
A lead may be reviewed only if:
Phone number is invalid or not in service
Email is invalid or bounces
It is a duplicate lead within your account
It is fully irrelevant to your selected trade
Invalid lead review is ONLY available for Scale Access/A La Carte Pay-Per-Lead clients.
Starter and Pro plan users are not eligible.
5. Payments & Fees
5.1 Platform Fees
Contractor agrees to pay:
Monthly subscription fees
Setup fees
Pay-per-lead fees (if applicable)
5.2 Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
Setup fees
Monthly subscriptions already billed
Delivered leads
Services already performed
5.3 Billing Cycle
Billing begins upon onboarding completion and renews monthly until canceled with proper notice.
6. Contractor Responsibilities
Contractor agrees to:
Respond to leads promptly.
Provide accurate business information.
Maintain legal, licensed operation where applicable.
Treat homeowners with professionalism and honesty.
Not misuse or resell lead information.
Not abuse the invalid lead review system.
Follow all RenoAdvisor communication policies.
Failure to comply may result in termination.
7. Liability Limitations
7.1 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RenoAdvisor’s total cumulative liability is limited to the amount paid by the Contractor in the last 30 days of service.
We are not liable for:
Lost revenue
Lost profits
Missed opportunities
Delays in lead delivery
Third-party platform outages
CRM downtime
Homeowner behavior
Errors or omissions beyond our control
7.2 No Warranties
RenoAdvisor provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
8. Indemnification
Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold RenoAdvisor harmless from:
Disputes between Contractor and homeowners
Damages caused by Contractor’s work
Contractor’s failure to follow laws or regulations
Misconduct, misrepresentation, or negligence by Contractor
You are solely responsible for your business activities.
9. Territory, Availability & Platform Limits
9.1 Limited Access Model
RenoAdvisor limits its platform to 1,000 total contractors to ensure fairness.
9.2 Territory Restrictions
Contractor territory access may be limited or closed once capacity is reached.
10. Cancellation
10.1 Cancel Anytime
Contractor may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
10.2 Fees Owed Upon Cancellation
Contractor remains responsible for:
All delivered leads
Any outstanding invoices
Pay-per-lead minimums (if on Scale plan)
11. Termination by RenoAdvisor
We may terminate this Agreement immediately if:
You misuse lead data
You attempt fraud or abuse
You violate fairness principles
You violate laws or licensing requirements
You harm platform reputation
You repeatedly receive homeowner complaints
You act in bad faith toward homeowners or RenoAdvisor
We reserve the right to protect the integrity of the platform.
12. Fair Use Policy
RenoAdvisor operates on mutual fairness.
Contractor agrees that fairness is two-way:
You cannot demand guarantees no platform can deliver.
You cannot threaten, pressure, or intimidate staff or homeowners.
You cannot expect one-way fairness.
If this expectation is not acceptable, RenoAdvisor is not a suitable partner.
13. Intellectual Property
All marketing assets, systems, automations, and materials remain the property of RenoAdvisor.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
15. Acceptance
By signing, checking the agreement box, or paying your invoice, you acknowledge:
You have read this Agreement
You understand all terms
You accept all liability limitations
You agree to fair, professional conduct
You understand the only guarantee is verified exclusive or semi-exclusive lead delivery
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
All active leads, data, and ad metrics remain accessible in your dashboard until cancellation is complete.
Cancellations made before the 30-day notice period may result in one final billing cycle to cover remaining ad spend and administration.
Platform Access Fee
An active platform fee of $97/month is required to maintain access to your CRM dashboard, leads, automations, and campaign data.
This fee ensures ongoing platform hosting, system updates, and support.
Failure to maintain the platform fee will result in suspension of access and forfeiture of any price lock or exclusive territory.
Price Lock Guarantee
The lifetime price lock applies only to the first 100 contractors who join RenoAdvisor as early members.
These contractors will retain their locked pricing for as long as their accounts remain active and in good standing.
RenoAdvisor reserves the right to adjust pricing, plans, or fees for new members once the first 100 active contractor slots are filled.
Inactive, paused, or canceled accounts forfeit any lifetime price guarantee and may rejoin only at the current public rates.
Compliance
Contractors agree to follow RenoAdvisor’s communication and data policies.
Lead data must only be used for legitimate business purposes and may not be shared, sold, or misused in any form.
RenoAdvisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, unethical conduct, or policy violations.
Amendments to Terms
RenoAdvisor may modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Third-Party Services
RenoAdvisor may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, or others) to deliver advertising services.
RenoAdvisor is not responsible for the performance, policies, or technical availability of any third-party site or tool.
Your use of third-party platforms is at your own discretion and risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RenoAdvisor provides services “as-is” and “as available.”
While we make every effort to generate verified leads, no specific number of leads or results are guaranteed.
RenoAdvisor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RenoAdvisor, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our services.
RenoAdvisor’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the contractor in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RenoAdvisor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or misuse of lead data.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Ontario, Canada], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Toronto, Ontario/Canada].
You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial related to these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the contractor and RenoAdvisor and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
Acknowledgment
By joining RenoAdvisor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Service Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that RenoAdvisor operates as a fair, transparent platform designed to support long-term contractor success through verified, semi- exclusive or , exclusive leads.
Estimated numbers assume proper service area, demand, and verified business info (website, reviews, portfolio). Newer or unlisted trades may take longer to optimize.
RenoAdvisor provides services “as-is” and “as available.”
